Agreement and eligibility

These terms apply when you access or use AllSteps Home. By using the service, you agree to them. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.

Work with licensed professionals

Realtors, lenders, title and escrow professionals, attorneys and other providers remain responsible for their own advice, forms, disclosures, decisions, deadlines, negotiations and regulated services. You are responsible for choosing qualified professionals and independently confirming important information and deadlines with them.

Professional invitations and matching

Buyers may create secure invitation links for professionals they choose or request options using location, language and contact preferences. A professional may also create a secure link for a buyer, but the buyer must sign in, review the invitation and expressly accept before any workspace connection is created. Matching results use neutral, buyer-directed criteria. Payment does not determine placement or ranking. A “verified” label means AllSteps Home recorded a review of submitted profile information; it is not an endorsement, guarantee or substitute for checking a professional’s current license, qualifications and fit.

Listings and home search

AllSteps Home may link to third-party listing websites and let you save a listing link, address or search status in your plan. Unless an authorized data connection is expressly identified, AllSteps Home does not publish, verify or guarantee listing data. Confirm availability, price, property details and showing arrangements with the listing source and a licensed Realtor.

Financial Passport

The Financial Passport is a buyer-provided planning and coordination summary. It is not a loan application, underwriting record, proof of loan approval or independent verification of buying power or funds. A buyer controls whether the summary is shared with a connected Realtor and may stop sharing it at any time. Realtors and buyers must confirm financing information directly with the responsible lender or financial institution.

Transaction document center

A connected buyer’s Realtor, Listing Realtor or inspector may deliver buyer-authorized inspection reports, seller disclosures, repair information and other transaction PDFs through AllSteps Home. The document center is a coordination convenience, not the professional’s official transaction-management system or a substitute for legally required delivery, acknowledgment, recordkeeping or deadline controls. Users must not upload wiring instructions, bank credentials, tax records, credit reports or unnecessary sensitive financial information.

Notifications and deadlines

In-app notifications help connected buyers and professionals notice related status changes, completed steps, blockers and requested actions. They are a coordination convenience, not a guaranteed delivery service or the official source for contractual, legal, loan, escrow or disclosure deadlines. Keep using the responsible professional’s system and confirm time-sensitive requirements directly.

Buyer access and professional participation

Professionals must provide accurate business, license and service-area information and may use buyer information only for the buyer-authorized purpose. A person’s actual role—including Realtor, transaction coordinator, lender or loan officer, brokerage leader, title or escrow professional, attorney or inspector—controls the coordination sections they may update. Professionals and seller-side collaborators may participate in buyer-approved workspaces without a subscription or lead fee.

Buyers may start with free planning tools. Additional AllSteps services may become available later. The exact included services, eligibility, pricing and applicable terms will be presented before a buyer chooses to activate any future service. Current access is provided without charge.

Payment does not determine professional matching, placement or ranking and is not a referral fee, commission or compensation for licensed real-estate, lending, title or escrow activity. Professionals remain responsible for their regulated services and official transaction records.

Your account and information

You are responsible for access to your email account and for activity under your AllSteps Home account. Provide accurate information and keep your plan current. You retain ownership of information you submit and give AllSteps Home permission to host, process and display it as needed to provide the service.

Do not submit Social Security numbers, bank credentials, tax records, signed contracts or wiring instructions. You must have permission to add another person’s contact information.

No transaction guarantee

AllSteps Home does not guarantee loan approval, property availability, offer acceptance, closing, timing, savings, legal compliance or the performance of any professional or third party. Check the source documents and confirm time-sensitive requirements directly with the responsible professional.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious material, impersonate others, violate law or use information from the service to harm another person. We may restrict or suspend access to protect users, the service or our legal rights.

Third-party services

The service may use or link to third-party services. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their products. AllSteps Home is not responsible for third-party advice, products, availability or conduct.

Intellectual property

AllSteps Home, its design, software, text and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for your own information, you may use the service only for its intended personal or authorized business purpose and may not copy, sell or reverse engineer it except where law permits.

Service changes and termination

We may improve, change or discontinue features. You may stop using the service at any time and can delete your saved buyer plan from the app. We may suspend or end access for misuse, security risk or legal reasons.

Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, AllSteps Home will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, lost opportunities, lost profits or losses caused by professional or third-party decisions. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law and changes

California law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where another law must apply. We may update these terms as the service changes and will post the new effective date here. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
